Original Circus Hoffman Original Poster Art Design. Oils and acrylics on board. Measures approx 370mm x 545mm. This original painting was commissioned by Circus Hoffman and used by printers W.E. Berry to produce original Hoffman posters and programmes. This design was used extensively through the late 1970s and early 1980s and became a popular and well used Circus Hoffman design. The painting is signed by Sutcliffe, a leading illustrator at W.E. Berry's for many years. Superb condition for it's age with only minor handling marks over the years and a very small loss to top right corner. Includes original certificate of authenticity. A magnificent centrepiece for any home, office or gallery. A very special original painting which needs to be seen to appreciate the wonderful depth of texture created by the artist's process of painting.
