This was an in house Virgin Music recognition award and show the But Seriously CD sleeve and CDs along with a Union flag and plaque detailing the award. This disc is the super rare VIRGIN RECORDS PHIL COLLINS SALES DISC to commemorate the sale of 4 million units in the UK. This is incredibly rare as it is inscribed and presented by Virgin Records to their sales executives. So hard and unusual to find a disc presented to any Virgin staff like this. An incredible piece.
